Managing the Emotions of Menopause

Menopause is a time of great hormonal changes which can cause depression and anxiety in some women. Menopause is also a time to re-evaluate your life as a woman and evaluate the time you spend taking care of others versus the time you spend taking care of yourself. Taking the time to do this for yourself is immensely rewarding. Women spend so much of their time giving to others – menopause offers a time to reflect on that and find ways to give to yourself.
